热网加热器常偏离设计工况运行,偏离设计值低参数运行将严重影响热网加热器的使用寿命。分析了低压运行时设备损坏的原因,提出了调整热网加热器的循环水量、提高热网加热器循环水出口温度的措施,使热网加热器的蒸汽压力接近设计值,以保证热网加热器安全运行。
