摘要
火电机组实施超低排放改造后,空气预热器堵塞问题日益突出。分析了某公司机组进行超低排放改造后对空气预热器压差的影响,通过脱硝系统性能优化试验和空气预热器性能试验,进行了喷氨量调整、吹灰等优化,提出了控制空气预热器综合冷端温度不超限、合理投用空气预热器吹灰等措施。在机组超低排放指标全面达标的情况下,空气预热器运行压差保持稳定,未出现空气预热器异常堵塞现象,引、送风机电耗大大降低。
The problem of air preheater clogging is becoming more and more prominent after the implementation of ultra-low emission transformation of thermal power units.With analysis of a sets for ultra-low emissions after transforming influence on differential pressure of the air preheater,through the denitration system performance optimization test and air preheater performance test,the ammonia injection quantity adjustment,such as blowing optimization,puts forward the comprehensive control of air preheater cold end temperature not overrun,reasonable putting-in-service proactively air preheater blowing and other measures.In the case of the ultra-low emission standard of the unit,the operating pressure difference of air preheater is stable,and there is no abnormal blockage of air preheater,and the power consumption of the fan is greatly reduced.
