当科技制造水平越来越高,温度不仅仅作为一个反映周围环境冷热程度的数值,而是更多地参与到了人们的研制和生产中去。在许多设备、整机、武装系统中都需要考虑到温度这个参数,并根据温度来进行相应的运算或调节,但是温度参数在一些情况下是不能直接应用的,需要将它转换成其他形式合适的参数或信号。基于某整机系统中专用的高精度温度转换器进行设计和制造。讨论高精度温度转换器的设计原理和设计制造过程,并对设计要点进行说明。
When technology manufacturing levels are getting higher and higher, temperature is not only a parameter which reflects the environmental heat and cold, but also gets involved in the research and production more and more. In many of the equipment, the complete machine and arming systems, the pa-rameter temperature is taken into account, and is counducted the corresponding operation and adjustment according to the values of temperature, but in some cases the temperature parameters cannot be directly applied, which needs to be converted into other suitable forms of parameters or signal. The design and pro-duction is based on a specified high-precision temperature converter of certain complete machine system. The design principle and design course of the high-precision temperature converter is discussed , and the design key points are noted.
