摘要 胰十二指肠切除术（pancreaticoduodenectomy,PD）是普通外科最具挑战性的手术之一,体现在它的高术后并发症发生率和死亡率。即使当今外科技术和围手术期管理有了巨大进步,其术后并发症及由此带来的死亡风险仍是棘手的问题。胰瘘（pancreatic fistula,PF）是最常见的术后并发症,腹腔脓肿、出血、脓毒症等并发症均与之有关联。1943年,
