摘要
档案法在不同时期的环境背景下作了两次不同程度的调整。文章通过对修改内容的比较与解读,发现两次修改都集中于档案管理方面,这既受到外因的影响,也源于内部因素,但档案利用更是档案立法或修改需要重视的根本所在。
The law of archives in china has undergone two recisions,according to the differentperiod of the background to make adjustment.After comparing the amendment of the interpretation,itfound that focuses on the archives manangent,which is under influence of external factors,but alsofrom internal factors. Archival legislation or modify the fundamental need to attach importance tothe service tenet.
