伢典凝胶去龋法治疗乳牙龋齿效果观察

Efficacy observation of Carisolv gel caries removal in treatment of deciduous teeth caries

目的:观察伢典凝胶去龋法治疗乳牙龋齿的效果。方法:选取988例的乳牙龋病患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=494)和对照组(n=494),对照组采用常规机械去龋法治疗,研究组采用伢典凝胶去龋法治疗,比较两组治疗有效率、操作时间及患儿疼痛反应。结果:研究组临床治疗有效率93.93%明显高于对照组80.97%(P<0.05);研究组操作时间为(6.27±2.41)min,对照组操作时间为(6.35±3.10)min,两组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组Ⅰ级疼痛反应率(62.75%)显著高于对照组(47.57%),Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级疼痛反应率、总疼痛率(3.44%、0.00%和37.25%)低于对照组(8.30%、9.72%和52.43%)(P<0.01)。结论:伢典凝胶去龋法治疗乳牙龋齿的效果优于常规机械去龋法治疗。

Objective: To observe efficacy of Carisolv gel caries removal in treatment of deciduous teeth caries.Methods: 988 cases of children with deciduous dental caries were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into treatment group(n =494) and control group(n = 494).The control group was treated with conventional mechanical removal,while the treatment group was treated with Carisolv gel caries removal.The treatment efficacies,operation time and pain reactions of the two groups were compared.Results: The effective rate of clinical treatment was 93.93% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 80.97% in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time of the treatment group was(6.27±2.41) min,that of the control group was(6.35±3.10)min,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).The grade Ⅰ pain response rate(62.75%) of the treatment group was significantly higher than(47.57%) of the control group,and the grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ pain reaction rate,the total pain rate(3.44%,0.00% and 37.25%) of the treatment group were lower than(8.30%,9.72% and 52.43%) of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions: The efficacy of Carisolv gel caries removal in the treatment of deciduous teeth caries is better than the conventional mechanical remova.
