3M液体敷料与水胶体敷料护理新生儿重度臀红的效果

Effects of 3M liquid dressing and hydrocolloid dressing in treatment of severe red breech of the newborns

目的:观察3M液体敷料与水胶体敷料护理新生儿重度臀红的效果。方法:选取100例重度臀红新生儿,采用随机数字表法将纳入患儿分成对照组和研究组各50例,两组均经过积极处理原发病因,同时用温水彻底清洁患儿臀部后对照组采用造口护肤粉护理,研究组采用3M液体敷料与水胶体敷料护理,比较两组患儿护理效果。结果:研究组好转时间、痊愈时间、处置耗时均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床治疗总有效率达98.00%,对照组78.00%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:3M液体敷料与水胶体敷料护理新生儿重度臀红的效果优于造口护肤粉护理效果。

Objective: To observe effects of 3 M liquid dressing and hydrocolloid dressing in treatment of neonatal severe red breech.Methods: A total of 100 newborns with severe red breech were selected and divided into control group(n = 50) and study group(n = 50) according to the random number table.After thoroughly cleaning the buttocks of the children with warm water and actively dealing with the primary causes,the control group was treated with stoma skin care powder,while the study group was treated with 3 M liquid dressing and hydrocolloid dressing.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results: The improvement time,recovery time and disposal time of the study group were all shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Further,the total effective rate of the study group(98%) was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: 3 M liquid dressing and hydrocolloid dressing used in severe neonatal red breech is more effective than the stoma skin care powder.
