家庭护理管理对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

Effects of family nursing management on life quality of diabetic patients

目的:探究糖尿病患者采用家庭护理管理的效果。方法:选取198例糖尿病患者作为本次观察对象,对患者进行编号,奇数号为对照组,偶数号为研究组,两组各99例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施家庭护理管理。对比两组患者护理效果,评价家庭护理管理对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。结果:在常规护理基础上实施家庭护理管理的患者取得了更好的治疗效果,护理后两组患者的血糖水平都有所下降,采用家庭护理管理的患者血糖水平降低明显优于采用常规护理的患者(P<0.05);另外,护理之后采用家庭护理管理患者的生活质量评分明显高于采用常规护理的患者。结论:对糖尿病患者在常规护理的基础上实施家庭护理管理可以显著提高护理的效果,提高患者生活质量。

Objective: To explore effects of family nursing management ondiabetic patients.Methods: A total of 198 patients with diabetes mellitus were selected as the research objects and numbered(1-198).Those with the odd numbers were used as the control group,while the others were study group.The control group was given the routine nursing,while the study group was given the family nursing management based on that of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the effects of family nursing management on life quality were evaluated.Results: The family nursing management based on the routine nursing could achieve good effects.After the treatment,the blood sugar levels of the two groups decreased,and the decrease degree of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).Moreover,the life quality score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusions: The implementation of family nursing management on the basis of routine nursing for the diabetic patients can significantly improve the effects of nursing and life quality.
