双阳宣痹汤治疗脾肾阳虚型不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Shuangyang Xuanbi Decoction in the treatment for unstable angina pectoris of spleen-kidney-Yang deficiency type

目的探讨双阳宣痹汤治疗脾肾阳虚型不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将120例脾肾阳虚型不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组,对照组60例给予常规西医抗心绞痛及改善心脏供血供氧治疗,治疗组60例在常规西医治疗基础上给予双阳宣痹汤加减治疗,治疗1个月后,观察2组患者心绞痛症状疗效、硝酸甘油停减量,比较2组治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血凝四项、血脂指标水平的差异。结果治疗1个月后,治疗组心绞痛缓解总有效率和硝酸甘油停减量均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组hsCRP、FIB、TC、LDL-C水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组APTT明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),但与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规西药联合双阳宣痹汤治疗脾肾阳虚型不稳定型心绞痛效果优于单纯西药治疗,可明显提高患者的硝酸甘油停减量,降低hs-CRP水平,改善血凝状态,调节脂质代谢。

Objective It is to explore the clinical effect of Shuangyang Xuanbi Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with unstable an- gina pectoris of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 60） treated with west- ern medicine basic therapy plus Shuangyang Xuanbi Decoction and control group （n = 60） treated with western medicine basic therapy. After treatment for one month, the changes of clinical symptoms, high sensitivity C-reactive protein （ hs- CRP）, four blood coagulation indexes, blood lipid indexes before and after treatment and the stop or reduction of nitroglyc- erinwere observed and compared in both groups. Results The curative effect of angina pectoris in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The nitroglycerin reduction and the improvements of hs-CRP, four blood coagulation indexes, blood lipid indexes were significant better in the treatment group than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shuangyang Xuanbi Decoction may improve the patient＇ s clinical symptoms, adjust the stop or reduc- tion of nitroglycerin, improve four blood coagulation indexes, blood lipid indexes to achieve the curative effect on unstable angina pectoris of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency.
