摘要
目的观察半乳糖凝集素3(Galectin-3,Gal-3)与B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(B cell leukemia/lymphoma-2,BCL-2)在溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)中表达的意义。方法选取2014年8月~2015年12月海南省海口市人民医院消化科确诊为UC的患者64例,设为观察组,另选取健康志愿者50例,设为对照组。采用免疫组化法检测两组结直肠黏膜组织中BCL-2和Gal-3的表达,探讨两者表达与UC分级的相关性。结果对照组Gal-3阳性率为100%,高于观察组的37.5%(χ~2=48.142,P<0.001);对照组BCL-2的阳性率为20%,低于观察组的90.62%(χ~2=58.171,P<0.001);UCⅠ级Gal-3阳性率高于UCⅡ级(χ~2=3.600,P=0.058)和UCⅢ级(χ~2=4.532,P=0.033);UCⅢ级Gal-3阳性率低于Ⅱ级(χ~2=0.183,P=0.669);UCⅠ级BCL-2阳性率低于UCⅡ级(χ~2=5.539,P=0.019)和UCⅢ级(χ~2=6.098,P=0.014);UCⅢ级BCL-2阳性率高于Ⅱ级(χ~2=0.511,P=0.475);BCL-2和Gal-3表达与患者性别、年龄及病程均无相关性(P>0.05);BCL-2和Gal-3表达不具备关联性。结论 BCL-2在UC结直肠黏膜的表达水平高于正常结直肠黏膜,Gal-3表达水平低于正常结直肠黏膜,两者表达与UC分级有关,与患者性别、年龄及病程无关,可作为UC的预测标准。
Purpose To study the expression and signifi- cance of Gal-3 and BCL-2 in ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods 64 cases of patients diagnosed as UC in the Department of Di- gestive Dseases were selected as the observation group in our hospital from August 2014 to December 2015. And 50 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The expression levelsof BCL-2 and Gal-3 in the two groups were detected, and the correlation between and UC and between BCL-2 and Gal-3 was studied. Results The positive rate of Gal-3 in the control group was 100%, higher than 37. 5% in the observation group( χ2 = 48. 142, P 〈0. 001 ). The positive rate of BCL-2 in the control group was 20%, which was lower than that in the observationgroup of 90. 62% ( Xz = 58.171, P 〈 0. 001 ). The Gal-3 positive rate of UC Grade I was higher than UC Grade H (χ2 =5. 539, P=0. 019), The Gal-3 positive rate of UC Grade I was higher than UC Grade m ( χ2 = 4. 532, P =0. 033) , The Gal-3 positive rate of UC Grade III was lower than UC Grade II ( χ2 = 0. 183, P = 0. 669). The BCL-2 positive rate of UC Grade I was lower than UC Grade II (χ2 = 5. 539, P = 0. 019). The BCL-2 posi- tive rate of UC Grade I was lower than UC Grade III ( χ2 = 6. 098, P = 0. 014). The BCL-2 positive rate of UC Grade III was higher than UC Grade II ( χ2 = 0. 511, P = 0. 475 ). BCL-2and Gal-3 expression was not related to gender, age and disease duration ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The expression of BCL-2 and Gal-3 was not correlated. Conclusion The expression level of BCL-2 in UC is higher than that in normal colorectal mucosa. The expres- sion level of Gal-3 is lower than that of normal colorectal muco- sa. The expression of UC has no effect on sex, age and course of disease, and it could be used as the prediction standard of UC.
