摘要
为了解广州市售瓶(桶)装水中铜绿假单胞菌的污染现状及其耐药状况,采用国标GB 8538—2016对抽查的392件瓶(桶)装水样品进行检测,用革兰氏阴性菌药敏卡片(AST-GN09)对阳性菌株进行药敏实验。结果表明,392件样品中铜绿假单胞菌检出率为5.1%,不合格样品均为桶装水,纯净水检出率为6.3%,矿泉水检出率为2.4%;按抽查月份分析,检出率从高到低依次为:6月(16%)>8月(7.0%)>7月(5.6%)>4月(3.8%)>5月(2.0%)>3月(0);药敏结果显示,95%(19/20)的菌对所有11种抗生素完全敏感,并发现一株7重耐药菌株。瓶(桶)装水中铜绿假单胞菌污染与产品包装方式极显著相关(P<0.01),而与产品过滤方式无关,6月的检出率极显著高于其他月份(P<0.01),水源性铜绿假单胞菌抗生素耐药性处于较低水平。
The contamination situation and resistance characteristics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from bottled water & barreled water in Guangzhou were investigated. P. aeruginosa was detected according to national standard GB 8538—2016, antibiotic susceptibility tests were carried out by AST-GN09 cards. A total of 392 samples were examined and the positive detection rate of P. aeruginosa was 5.1%, all unqualified samples were barreled water, and the detection rate of purified water was 6.3%, while the detection rate of mineral water was 2.4%. The detection rate ranged from high to low by time was June (16%), August (7.0%), July (5.6%), April (3.8%), May (2.0%), March (0). The results of antibiotic susceptibility tests showed that 95% (19/20) strains were completely sensitive to all 11 antibiotics and a strain resistant to seven kinds of antibiotics was found. The detection rate of P. aeruginosa was extremely significantly correlated with the product packaging method (P〈0.01), but not related to the product filtration mode. The detection rate of P. aeruginosa in June was extremely significantly higher than that in other months (P〈0.01), and the resistance of water-borne P. aeruginosa antibiotics was at a low drug resistance level.
