技术转移、异质特征与自主创新的实证研究

Empirical Study on Technology Transfer, Heterogeneous Characteristics and Independent Innovation

文章利用2008—2015年31省市面板数据,研究了技术转移对高新技术企业自主创新的影响。研究结果表明,无论是技术输出还是技术吸纳的技术转移都能够促进高新技术企业自主创新能力提升,但从全国层面看技术吸纳较技术输出的影响作用大,东中西部的技术转移对高新技术企业自主创新表现各异。文章控制其他渠道的技术转移对高新技术产业自主创新的影响,FDI投资、对外贸易和产权保护是高新技术企业自主创新偏好的路径依赖,而科技人才与研究投入对高新技术企业自主创新驱动作用出现不同程度的乏力。

This paper uses the panel data of 31 provinces from 2008 to 2015 to study the impact of technology transfer on the independent innovation of high-teeh enterprises. The research results show that the technology transfer from both technology out- put and technology absorption is able to promote the capability of independent innovation of high-tech enterprises, but seen from the national level, technology absorption plays a more important role than technology output; the effect of technology transfer in the east, middle and west of China on the independent innovation of high-tech enterprises presents various manifestations. The paper also restrains the influence of technology transfer from other channels on the independent innovation of high-tech enterprises. FDI investment, foreign trade and the protection of property rights is the preferred path dependence of high-teeh enterprises＇ inde- pendent innovation, but the driving effect of the scientific and technological talents and investment in research onto the indepen- dent innovation of high-teeh enterprises is lacking in strength to a different degree.
