摘要
采用生物酶堆置和低温氧漂工艺处理黑色原液着色涤/棉/天丝混纺氨纶弹力面料,通过碱剂和染料配伍试验优化染液处方。对染色后的黑色原液着色涤/棉/天丝混纺氨纶弹力面料进行三防易去污后整理,优化了整理工艺。成功开发出具有高色牢度、柔软、透气清爽、蓬松、穿着舒适和易打理的黑色原液着色涤/棉/天丝混纺氨纶弹力面料。
Enzyme stacking treatment and low temperature oxygen bleaching process is used to the pretreatment of spun-colored polyester/cotton/-rencel blended elastic fabric. The dyeing prescription is optimized by alkali and dyes compatibility test. And then, the dyed polyester/cotton/Tencel blended elastic fabric is treated with the optimal water- and oil-repellent finish and soil release finish. The polyester/cot- ton/Tencel blended elastic fabric with high color fastness, soft, breathable, lofty, comfortable and easy care properties is successfully developed.
