介绍了珠光粉防印烂花浆圆网印花新技术,分析了珠光粉色彩成色的基本原理,筛选出与珠光粉印花浆相容性好的防水剂,确定了珠光粉防水印花工艺。工艺设计上,采用二次印花的方法,第一次印花采用珠光粉防水剂同浆印花,焙烘后印花花位处防水,实现珠光粉防印烂花浆。珠光粉防印烂花工艺技术解决了烂花花位与印花花位对花难题这一技术瓶颈,其产品风格独特。

Reserve printig and burnt-out printing of polyester/viscose blends with pearl powder is carried out on rotary screen printing machine. The mechanism of color appearance of pearl powder is analyzed. The waterproof agent which has good compatibility with pearl powder printing paste is screened, and color resist over the waterproof printing process of pearl is determined. In the process design, the meth- od of twice printing is adopted. At first, the printing is carried out using printing paste of pearl powder and waterproofing agent. After baking, the printing position is waterproof to realize the burnt-out printing with pearl powder. The technical bottleneck of pattern setting of burnt-out printing is solved by the new technology, and its product style is unique.
