芳纶/聚苯胺复合导电纱的制备与性能 被引量:3

摘要 采用基于原位聚合的纱线连续化导电处理法制备芳纶/聚苯胺(PPTA/PANI)复合导电纱线,研究了氧化剂过硫酸铵(APS)浓度对复合导电纱线导电性能的影响,并测试分析了纤维的形貌结构、热学及力学性能。研究结果表明:利用该法可以连续制备高电导率的PPTA/PANI复合导电纱线;复合导电纱的电导率随APS浓度的增加先提高后下降,氧化剂浓度为1.0 mol/L时,制得的PPTA导电纱电导率达到最大,为1.855 S/cm;聚苯胺的存在降低了复合纱线的热稳定性。合理控制APS浓度,连续导电处理能使复合纱线在获得到高电导率的同时,纱线依然具备很好的力学拉伸性能。 Poly(p-phenyleneterephthamide) (PPTA)/polyaniline(PANI) composite conductive fibers are pre- pared by continuous conduction method based on in-situ polymerization, The effect of APS concentration on the electrical conductivity of the composite fibers is investigated, and the surface morphology, thermal property and mechanical property are discussed. The results show that the high conductivity PP- TNPANI composite yarns can be continuously prepared by the improved process. The conductivity of P'IF increases first and then decreases with the increase of APS concentration and the electrical conductivity reaches the maximum value of 1.855 S/cm when the APS concentration is 1.0 mol/L. The exis- tence of polyaniline can reduce the thermal stability of the composite yarn. Reasonable control of APS concentration and continuous conduction treatment can impart the composite yarn high electrical conductivity with no influence on its mechanical tensile properties.
