腹腔镜肝切除治疗肝肿瘤的临床应用价值分析

目的对腹腔镜肝切除治疗肝肿瘤的临床应用价值进行分析。方法随机抽取2016年6月~2017年6月44例我院肝血管瘤患者,根据随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组各22例,对观察组患者予以腹腔镜肝切除治疗,对照组患者予以常规开腹肿瘤切除术,观察并对比两种治疗方式治疗肝肿瘤的临床应用价值。结果观察组患者术中出血量少于对照组患者,手术切口长度小于对照组患者,手术时间、引流管留置时间、术后进食时间和住院时间均短于对照组患者,住院总费用少于对照组患者,观察组患者各项并发症发生率均低于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝血管瘤患者予以腹腔镜肝切除治疗,能够提高患者手术质量、促进患者的术后恢复、降低患者各项并发症的发生率,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of laparoscopic hepatectomy for the treatment of liver neoplasms.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,86 patients with liver tumor were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic hepatectomy.Group of patients to be conventional treatment,two treatment methods for the clinical application of liver cancer value were observed and compared.Results The operation volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group.The length of the incision was less than that of the control group.The operation time,drainage time,drainage time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group.The incidence of complications in the control group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic hepatectomy for patients with liver cancer can improve the quality of patients,improve the postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with clinical value.
