熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合扶正化瘀胶囊对酒精性肝病患者肝功能及肝纤维化指标的影响

Effect of Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsule Combined with Fuzheng Huayu Capsule on Hepatic Function and Liver Fibrosis Index in Patients with Alcoholic Liver Disease

目的观察熊去氧胆酸胶囊+扶正化瘀胶囊对酒精性肝病患者肝功能及肝纤维化指标的影响。方法选取2014年11月~2016年6月在我院门诊就诊的120例酒精性肝病患者。随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予复方甘草酸苷注射液、多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液静滴治疗4w,后调整为口服复方甘草酸苷胶囊、熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗。观察组在对照组基础上口服扶正化瘀胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗疗效。结果经过12W治疗,观察组临床总有效率、TBIL、ALP、GGT、肝纤维化4项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合扶正化瘀胶囊能够明显增加酒精性肝病的临床疗效,改善肝功能和肝纤维化指标。

Objective To observe the effects of ursodeoxycholic acid capsule＋Fuzheng Huayu cap- sule on liver function and hepatic fibrosis in patients with alcoholic liver disease.Methods 120 patients with alcoholic liver disease from November,2014 to June, 2016, were selected as outpa- tients. According to the chronological order were randomly divided into two groups,each group were 60 cases.Control group：compound glycyrrhizin injection 120mg,polyene phosphatidylcholine injection 10ml,were added to 5% glucose injection 250ml,intravenous infusion, l/d, 4W;after adjust- ment for oral compound Glycyrrhizin capsules （1 00mg,3 times/d）,ursodeoxycholic acid Capsules （250mg,3 times/d）.Observation group：in the control group based on the oral Fuzheng Huayu cap- sule（1.5g,3 times/d）.The therapeutic effects of the two therapies were compared before and after treatment.Results After 12W, the clinical total effective rate,TBIL, ALP, GGT,liver fibrosis four in- dicators were better than the control group （P〈O.OS）.Conelusion UDCA combined with Fuzheng Huayu Capsule can significantly increase the clinical efficacy of alcoholic liver disease, improve liver function and liver fibrosis index.
