摘要 采用响应面法优化千金子粕总黄酮的超声波辅助提取工艺。以液料比、超声功率、提取时间为考察因素,总黄酮得率为考察指标,在单因素实验基础上,通过响应面法优化提取工艺条件。结果表明:在液料比35∶1、超声功率550 W、提取时间30 min条件下,总黄酮得率达1.576%。 The ultrasound-assisted extraction technique for total flavonoid from Semen Euphorbiae meal was optimized by response surface methodology. With ratio of liquid to material, ultrasonic power and extraction time as factors, and yield of total flavonoid as indicator, the extraction conditions were optimized by response surface methodology based on single factor experiment. The results showed that under the conditions of ratio of liquid to material 35∶1, ultrasonic power 550 W and extraction time 30 min, the yield of total flavonoid reached 1.576%.
