摘要 通过有限元分析软件对某高压油泵的凸轮-滚轮机构进行接触应力分析,得到凸轮及滚轮接触应力的分布规律。并用疲劳分析软件对该机构进行联合仿真得到寿命估算。结果表明:该结构的寿命能满足企业的要求。 In this paper, the finite element analysis software was used to analyze the contact stress of a high-pressure oil pump cam roller mechanism, and the contact stress distribution of cam and roller is obtained. Through the co-simulation with fatigue analysis software and finite element analysis software, the life of the mechanism could be estimated. The results show that the life of the structure can meet the industrial requirements.
