一种优化的永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制开关表 被引量:7

An Optimized Switching Table in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Direct Torque Control System

摘要 分析了零电压矢量在永磁同步电机在直接转矩控制系统中的作用,零电压矢量减小定子磁链幅值和转矩。基于开关次数最小提出了一种选择零电压矢量的策略,给出了一种新型含零电压矢量开关表。仿真结果表明,在新型开关表控制下永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统能正常驱动。相比于传统开关表,使用新型开关表永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统的开关次数降低了近56%,进而显著降低了开关损耗。 The effects of zero voltage vector for the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) direct torque control (DTC) drives were analyzed, zero voltage vector decrease the amplitude of stator flux and torque. A novel strategy to select zero voltage vector was proposed based on minimum switching times, and a novel switching table using zero voltage vector was given. Simulation results show that the PMSM DTC system can work properly under control of the novel switching table. And switching times of the DTC system using novel switching table are decreased by nearly 56% compared to conventional switching table, thereby, switc- hing loss is decreased remarkably.
