摘要
通过宏观及金相检验,并结合扫描电镜及化学成分分析等手段对大型球磨机齿轮断齿原因进行了检测分析。结果表明,球磨机安装对中精度不够,齿轮材料中的氧化物夹杂与内部缩孔和疏松相伴而生,齿轮组织为贝氏体等是齿轮断裂的主要原因。
The damaged gear of large type ball mill was investigated by macroscopic, metallographic, SEM, and chemical technique. The results show that the main reasons of the fracture of the gear are the deviation installation accuracy of ball mill, oxide inclusions, the accompanying internal shrinkage and porosity and bainite in metallographic structure of gear materials.
