摘要
以耐低温BOG压缩缸制备为研究对象,阐述了低温材料的制作工艺、压缩缸制造过程中工艺的优选,以及过程质量控制等关键技术,使低温材料各项指标均符合标准要求,并通过工艺分析软件对压缩缸体铸造工艺进行验证,成功制作出符合设计要求的产品。
The preparation low temperature BOG compressor cylinder as the studying object, the key technologies such as making process of cryogenic materials, optimizing process, and quality control of process were discussed, to meet the standard requirements of low temperature materials, and through the process analysis software to compressor cylinder casting process is verification, and the products are successfully produced that meet the design requirements.
