Effects of Raw Materials on Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of Aluminum Alloy Wheel Hub

摘要 利用力学性能测试、Axiover-200MAT型金相显微镜等手段,对比分析了云南铝锭、镁铝833铝锭、607铝锭3种不同铝锭原材料生产后的轮毂不同位置的力学性能和金相组织。结果表明,经过相同的处理工艺处理后,云南铝锭生产的轮毂的金相组织中晶粒尺寸较小、分布均匀、排列规则、共晶硅颗粒形状圆润,生产的铝合金轮毂的塑性更好。 The mechanical properties and metallographic structure of the finished product from different positions made by three kinds of aluminum alloy ingots of 833 Yunnan aluminum ingots, magnesium aluminum ingots, aluminum ingots 607 were investigated by the means of the mechanical properties tester and Axiover-200 MAT optical microscope. The results show that after the same treatment process, the harmful content of alloying element is the least, the beneficial elements in the alloy is sufficient, the grain size is fine and uniform distribution, the eutectic silicon particles are round shape and uniform distribution, the wheel hub made of Yunnan aluminum ingots and the wheel hub has more stable mechanical properties and better plastic properties.
