摘要 为了合理分配核电厂的设备管理、维修资源,提高在运系统设备的可靠性,确保核电厂安全稳定经济运行,必须对核电厂的设备进行分级管理。本文基于AP913设备可靠性管理体系,对设备可靠性分级方法进行研究,形成了1种不同于RCM及SRCM规程的全新分级方法。依据该分级方法,国内某核电厂成功完成了全厂205个系统的设备可靠性分级工作。 In order to allocate NPP equipment management and maintenance resources reasonably, improve the reliability of equipment, ensure the NPP safe and" stable economic operation, the classification management has to be carried out for the equipment of NPPs. This paper studied the reliability of equipment classification metliod based on AP913 equipment reliability management system, and eventually developed a new classification process which was different from the classical RCM and Streamlined RCM. Based on this method, the 205 systems of equipment classification work has been completed in a domestic nuclear power plant successfully.
