核岛主给水流量控制系统用P280GH无缝钢管的研制

摘要 介绍了"华龙一号"核电机组核岛主给水流量控制系统用大直径厚壁P280GH无缝钢管的质量特性、生产工艺及关键技术,并检验了P280GH无缝钢管的产品性能。结果表明:P280GH无缝钢管的冶金质量、化学成分、力学性能、无损检测等各项指标均满足相关技术规范的要求,能够满足"华龙一号"核电机组核岛主给水流量控制系统对碳钢无缝钢管的需求。 Elaborated here in the article are quality characteristics, the manufacturing process and critical tech- niques of the large-sized, heavy-wall P280GH seamless steel tube for the main feed water flow control system of the nuclear island of Hualong No.! Nuclear Power Unit. And the product performance of the said tube is tested. The result shows that the P280GH seamless steel tube has been in compliance with relevant requirements as specified under applicable technical specification in terms of metallurgical quality, chemical composition, mechanical property and NDT etc., and also has met the requirements for the carbon steel seamless tube as used by the main feed water flow control system of the nuclear island of Hualong No.1 Nuclear Power Unit.
