摘要 针对现有称重测长装置本体复杂、制造成本高、量程覆盖范围小、测量精度低等问题,设计了一种大直径直缝埋弧焊管称重测长装置,重点介绍了该称重测长装置的技术参数、设备结构特点、工作原理等。该称重测长装置在生产线一个工位上在线完成对钢管的大量程质量称重及大范围长度测量,其结构简单,造价低,且测量精度达到设计要求,适应整体生产节拍要求。 A weighing & length-measuring system for the large-sized LSAW pipe is designed to overcome the shortcomings of the currently-used relevant weighing & length-measuring system, including structural complexity, high manufacture costs, poor measurement range coverage, and low precision, etc. Focused on are such aspects as the technical parameters, equipment configuration features and operating principle, et. The said weighing & length- measurement system can be located just at one operation station of the production line to perform on-line large measurement range mass weighing and large range length-measurement. The system is in possession of such advantages as structural simplicity, low manufacture costs, measurement accuracy as meeting the design criteria, and adaptation to the required overall production cycles.
