摘要 采用SEM、EDS及光学金相显微镜等分析方法,对Inconel 718无缝钢管挤压产生的裂纹情况及开裂原因进行分析。分析认为:坯料外表面加热温度偏高,热挤压速度过高是造成挤压开裂的原因。通过增加预热时间、适当降低挤压温度、减慢挤压速度,Inconel 718无缝钢管批量挤压后的表面质量良好。 Analyzed here in the essay are the cracks as occurring on the surface of the Inconel 718 seamless steel tube during the hot-extrusion process, and the causes by means of the SEM, EDS and the optical metallographic microscopy, etc. As a result, it is identified that high heating temperature on the surface of the blank and the high hot-extrusion speed lead to the said cracking. Accordingly relevant corrective actions are taken, including increasing the pre-heating time, properly reducing the hot-extrusion temperature, and slowing down the extrusion speed, which have brought about satisfactory surface quality of the Inconel 718 seamless steel tube as hot-extruded in lots.
