摘要 通过观察宏观形貌、测量几何尺寸、测试力学性能、分析显微组织等,分析P110套管和卡瓦的失效原因。分析认为:P110套管与悬挂器不同轴及卡瓦结构设计不合理是造成套管及卡瓦失效的主要原因,腐蚀介质加速了失效进程。提出卡瓦式悬挂器的改进措施,如增大卡瓦长度,增加单位长度卡瓦齿数,将贯穿环形槽改为凸台式等。 Causes for the failure of the P110 casing and slip are analyzed by means of macro morphology observa- tion, geometric dimension measurement, mechanical property testing, microstructure analysis and so on. The results show that the main causes for the failure of the casing and the slip are that the casing and hanger are not coaxial, and structure of the slip is not designed reasonably. And the corrosion medium accelerates the failure process. Accordingly, measures for modifying the slip type hanger are put forward, including increasing the slip length, increasing the slip tooth number, per length unit, and changing the through-out circular groove into a convex shoulder type one.
