摘要
对间歇补料分批发酵提高纳他霉素产量的工艺进行了研究,结果表明,在5L自动发酵罐条件下,初始葡萄糖浓度40g/L,以发酵液中的还原糖为控制指标,当还原糖降至2%以下时开始间歇补糖使葡萄糖浓度维持在2%,葡萄糖流加总量为20-25g/L,在最佳的间歇补料分批发酵工艺下,使纳他霉素的产量从1.5g/L提高到2.3g/L,提高率为35%。
The method for improving the yield of natamycin by fed-batch fermentation was studied. In 5 L auto-fer-mentator, 40 g/Lglucose was added initially, followed by pulsed feeding when reducing glucose which was a control factor decreased below 2% , glucose concentration was maintained about 20 g/L. The total amount of feeding glucose was 20-25 g/L. Under the optimum conditions of fed-batch fermentation, the yield of natamycin was improved from 1.5 g/L to 2.3 g/L, the rate of improvement was 35% .
