摘要
在进一步明确生态补偿机制的科学定义与内涵、归纳国内外相关理论研究与实践探索的基础上，以长三角大都市群生态功能区为研究对象，结合其区位特征对区域内生态补偿机制的政策发布与实践沿革进行梳理整合；系统总结分析上海、江苏、浙江、安徽四省市各自的生态补偿政策与实践进展，并聚焦于生态功能区生态补偿的政策效益评价；提出长三角大都市群生态功能区内生态补偿建设的对策建议，以进一步完善生态补偿机制研究，提高长三角地区的环境与经济效益。
On the basis of the scientific definition and connotation of ecological compensation mechanism and the conclusion of related research and practice exploration from home and abroad, the ecological function areas of Yangtze River Delta metropolitan group as the research object is expanded, and the location features, policies and practice evolution of ecological compensation mechanism are integrated. The ecological compensation policies in province of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui are summarized and analyzed, and the benefit evaluation of those policies in ecological function areas is emphasized. Measures and suggestions of ecological compensation in Yangtze River Delta metropolitan group are proposed in order to perfect the research of ecological compensation mechanism and boost both the environmental and economic benefits of Yangtze River Delta.
