"一带一路"倡议是在全球化遭遇危机,全球治理失衡的大背景下提出来的,也是中国在新形势下参与全球经济治理的顶层设计。该倡议无论是在治理理念、治理方式与治理模式上,还是在治理主体和目的上都是对原有治理体系的创新,具有鲜明的中国特色、中国风格,体现了中国作为负责任大国的全球担当,标志着中国由全球治理的参与者向引领者的转变,在全球治理体系中将会发挥越来越重要的作用。但以"一带一路"为载体的全球治理在未来的推进过程中也必将面临着来自发达国家的战略竞争、沿线发展中国家治理能力以及该倡议可持续性等问题的多重挑战,能否克服这些挑战决定着中国特色全球治理之路的进程和实际效果。

＂The Belt and Road＂ is proposed in the background of the globalization crisis and the global governance imbalance,and it is the top-level design that China in the new situation participates the global economic governance.The strategy,whether in governance philosophy,method and mode,or in the governance of the main body and the purpose of the original governance system,is the innovation,with distinctive Chinese characteristics,Chinese style,reflects that China is a responsible power,and marks that China has already realized the change of the participant to the leader in the global governance,and will play an increasingly important role in the global governance system.But ＂the Belt and Road＂ will inevitable face all sorts of challenges in the future,which come from the strategic competition of developed countries,the ability to govern along the developing countries and the sustainability of the strategy in the future.Whether these challenges can be overcome will determine the process and practical effect of the global governance with Chinese characteristics.
