摘要
中小学阶段是人生的黄金时代,同时也是审美素质养成的黄金时期。我省已经进入了高收入经济体行列。进入这一阶段,意味着人们已经远远超越了对温饱的需求,而对文化生活有了更高需求。音乐教育具有独特的审美价值和作用,这是其他学科包括美术等艺术类学科所无法替代的。要从根本上全面提高学生的音乐素质,则必须从重视均衡配置义务教育阶段音乐师资队伍开始。目前,我省义务教育阶段音乐师资配置还很不均衡,亟需采取相应政策措施积极调整。
Schoolchildren are at their golden age of life and also at the golden age cultivating their aesthetic quality.Our province has entered into the stage of high income economy,which means that people have gone far beyond the need for food and clothing,and they have a higher demand for higher cultural life needs.Music education has unique aesthetic value and function,which is irreplaceable by other subjects including fine arts.To fundamentally improve students' music quality,we must pay attention to the music teacher team in the balanced allocation obligation.At present,the music teacher allocation in our province is unbalanced,and corresponding policy measures are urgently needed to adjust.
