摘要
为解决当前信息化条件下装备保障演练考核中存在的标准执行力度不够和个别标准适应性不强等问题,探索演练考核系统中主、客观因素的不同作用,真正促进装备保障实战能力的生成。分析了装备保障演练考核系统的结构和组元关系。提出用复杂系统脆距、子系统崩距和集对势定义,推导出某子系统集合表征复杂系统趋向于崩溃的计算模型,以得到各脆性源趋向于崩溃的程度。通过模型计算得出装备保障演练考核的6个脆性源等级,并对高等级的脆性源进行可信性分析。高等级的脆性源是影响装备保障演练考核的主导性因素,为科学制定演练考核标准提供了参考依据和方向。
In order to solve the problems existing in the current under the condition that the information equipment support maneuver assessment standards are not enforced and some standard is not very adaptable, the paper explores the different effects of subjective and objective factors assessment system walk - through, and promotes the actual capacity generation of equipment support. The structure of the equipment support training evaluation system and the relationship between the components were analyzed. In order to get the degree of collapse of the brittle source, a system of complex system was proposed to define the complex system, the definition of the collapse distance and the set pair potential. Through the model calculation, it was concluded that the six brittle source grades of the equipment support drill were analyzed, and the credibility of the high grade brittle source was analyzed. The brittle source of high grade is the dominant factor that affects the evaluation of equipment support drill. It provides some reference basis and direction for the scientific development of drill evaluation standard.
