摘要
火箭涡轮泵转子失稳对火箭转子结构产生破坏性影响,需要对影响涡轮泵稳定性的结构参数进行敏感度分析。分析得到轴套结构的内摩擦力为导致涡轮泵转子的一个重要原因。针对涡轮泵的轴套结构,分析轴向内摩擦引起的力矩,推导内摩擦等效力,建立带有轴套与转轴发生轴向内摩擦的理论模型,对转子系统开展动力学稳定性分析。通过它数据对建模仿真结果进行定性校验。结果表明,轴套结构的失稳转速随着轴套与转轴间隙的增大而增大。仿真分析模型及结果对涡轮泵轴套结构的设计具有一定的参考价值。
The instability of rocket turbopump rotor has a damaging effect on the rocket rotor structure, and it is necessary to analyze the sensitivity of the structural parameters that affect the stability of the turbopump. The analysis shows that the internal friction force of the shaft sleeve structure is an important reason for the rotor of the turbopump. Aimed at the shaft sleeve structure of the turbopump, the torque induced by the internal friction was analyzed, and the equivalent internal friction force was deduced. The theoretical model of the axial internal friction between the shaft sleeve and the shaft was established, to carry out dynamic stability analysis of rotor system stability. The experimental data were used to qualitatively verify the simulation results. The results show that the instability speed of the shaft sleeve structure increases with the increase of the clearance between the shaft sleeve and the shaft. The simulation analysis model and the result have certain reference value for the design of the turbopump shaft sleeve structure.
