介绍了金属注射成形(MIM)在全球(包括北美、欧洲、日本、中国以及亚洲其他国家和地区)近年来的发展状况及应用领域;阐述了MIM作为新兴零件制造业较高的发展速度和旺盛的发展势头;并预测随着MIM行业在材料和工艺等方面的技术进步和人们对MIM产品认可度的提高,MIM产业有着良好的发展前景。
Development status and application fields of metal injection molding（MIM）in recent years in north America,Europe,Japan,China and other Asian countries and regions were introduced. The high development speed and vigorous development trend of MIM as a new part manufacturing industry were described. It was also predicted that MIM industry has good development prospects with the progress of material and technology in MIM industry and the improvement of MIM products recognition.
