摘要 工艺的不良率与产品的可靠性有密切的关系,提升制造过程中的工艺可靠性对保证产品的质量和可靠性水平有着非常重要的意义。平衡矩阵技术是利用等板平衡原理和模块相关性提出的,可以综合地分析企业及产品质量要素优化匹配问题,为企业开展高效益工艺改进提供技术理论支持。在TSQ诊断中,平衡矩阵被广泛地应用。利用TSQ对企业基础平台进行诊断,查找问题,通过平衡矩阵技术来确定和分配改进的目标,可以使经济性和改进效果获得最佳匹配。介绍了平衡矩阵技术的原理及其在工艺改进中的应用。 The defect rate of the process is closely related to the reliability of the product, and improving the process reliability in the manufacturing process is very important for ensuring the quality and reliability of the product. Balanced matrix technology is proposed based on the principle of balance board and the correlation of the modules, and it can be used to comprehensively analyze the optimization matching problem of enterprises and product quality elements and provide technical and theoretical support for enterprises to carry out high-efficiency technological improvement. The balanced matrix is widely used in TSQ diagnosis. And the optimum matching between economy and improvement effect can be realized by using TSQ to diagnose and find problems in the enterprise infrastructure and then identifing and assigning improvement goals through balanced matrix technique. The principle of balanced matrix technology and its application in process improvement are introduced.
