摘要
针对质量管理在企业的生存和发展中的重要性正在不断地提升的现状,对零缺陷理念及其应用进行了研究。首先,对零缺陷理念的形成、发展和内涵进行了介绍;然后,着重研究了零缺陷理念的四大核心思想,包括一个中心(第一次就把正确的事情做正确)、两个基本点("有用的"和"可信赖的")、三个代表(客户、员工和供应商)和四项基本原则(质量就是符合要求、预防的系统产生质量、质量的工作准则是零缺陷、用不符合要求的代价来衡量质量);最后,对零缺陷理念在通信行业的应用进行了探索。
In view of the current situation that the importance of quality management in the survival and development of enterprises is constantly improving, the zero defect concept and its application are studied. Firstly, the formation, development and connotation of the zero defect concept are introduced. And then, the four core ideas of the zero defect concept are studied emphatically, including one center (Do the right thing right the first time.) , two basic points ("useful" and "trustworthy"), three representatives (customers, lemployess and suppliers) and four basic principles (Quality is to meet requirements. The system of prevention generates quality. The work criteria of quality is zero defect. To utilize price of nonconformance to measure the quality) Finally, the application of zero defect concept in communication industry is explored.
