摘要
新安装的RM1200-JS控制气氛密封箱式炉主要用于20CrMnTi钢摇臂轴等零件的渗碳和淬火。为确保产品的热处理质量,对该密封箱式炉按行业标准进行了炉温均匀性和气氛均匀性测定。结果表明,炉温为860℃和920℃时的波动量分别为±2.3℃和±2.5℃炉内均布的9件摇臂轴渗碳、淬火和低温回火后的表面硬度为58~59 HRC,有效硬化层深度为1.2±0.06 mm,显微组织良好,符合产品的热处理要求。
Newly installed RM1200-JS seal box furnace provided with a controlled atmosphere is primarily used for carburizing and hardening of rocker-arm axles made form 20CrMnTi steel. According to a industrial standard, the seal box furnace was subjected to furnace temperature and atmosphere university surveys for the purpose of ensuring that heat treatment quality of the product is acceptable. The results indicated that variations in the furnace chamber temperature were ± 2.3 ℃ at 860 ℃ and ±2.5 ℃ at 920℃ , and that after being carburized, hardened, and low tempered the rocker-arm axles uniformly distributed in 9 points of the furnace chamber produced carburizing depth of 1.2± 0.06 mm, surface hardness ranging from 58 to 59 HRC, and desirable mierostructurc, conforming with heat treatment requirements for the products.
