摘要
对42CrMoA钢热轧棒材探伤时发现其心部开裂而报废。为此,对有心部裂纹的棒材进行了化学成分分析、宏观检验、显微组织检验和断口分析,以揭示棒材心部开裂的原因。结果表明,棒材心部开裂是由于存在带状组织和热轧后冷却过快所致。此外,过高的轧制温度也加大了棒材的开裂倾向。
From flaw detection it was found that there were cracks in core of the hot-rolled bar of 42CrMoA steel. For this reason, the unacceptable bar was subjected to chemical composition analysis, macro-examination, microstructure survey, and fracture analysis for the purpose of revealing the reason why the bar showed core crack. The results indicated that the bar cracking stemmed from bended structure in it and from excessively rapid cooling after hot-rolling. In addition, excessively high rolling temperature also promoted the bar cracking.
