摘要
受装机空间限制,小涵道比涡扇发动机通常仅采用发动机振动值表征发动机的振动情况,无法准确对异常振动进行定位分析和排除。针对某台涡扇发动机在试飞中出现的发动机振动值异常现象,利用机载加装的应变片和振动传感器的测量数据,对故障现象进行了详细分析。结果表明:涡轮和机匣的碰摩导致发动机发动机振动值异常增大。总结了该型涡扇发动机涡轮和机匣碰摩中发动机振动值的发展趋势的特征,为迅速、准确定位后续飞行试验中的同类故障提供借鉴。
Restricted by the inter-space in aero-plane, the aero-engine vibration of the low bypass ratio turbofan engine is the only value to denote the vibration level so that the reason and position of abnormal vibration phenomenon can't be detected. The measured data of installed strain gauges and vibration sensors were used to investigate the abnormal aero-engine vibration fault in a turbofan engine flight tests. The result indicates that the abnormal augment of aero-engine vibration is induced by rub-impact fault of turbine and casing. The characteristics of aero-engine vibration trend in the rub-impact faults of turbine and casing are summarized, which can be used to identify the same faults rapidly and accurately in succeeding flight tests.
