PVC粉末涂料的研制

摘要 考察了不同牌号的PVC-SG8型树脂、稳定剂、增塑剂、润滑剂、助流平剂、光稳定剂等对PVC粉末涂料流平性能的影响,得到的适宜配方为:PVC QS-650,100份;DOP,50份;硫醇甲基锡稳定剂,2.5份;光稳定剂UV419,0.8份;国产助流平剂,5.0份;钛白粉,2.5份;开环乙撑双硬脂酰胺,0.75份。工业化加工试验表明:该PVC粉末涂料具有蘸塑温度低、蘸塑时间短的优点。 The effects of PVC-SG8 of different brands, stabilizer, plasticizer, lubricant, auxilia- ry leveling promotor, light stabilizer on leveling property of PVC powder coating were investigated. The obtained optimal formula was PVC QS -650, 100 ; DOP, 50 ; methyltin mercaptide stabilizer, 2.5 ; light stabilizer UV419, 0.8 ; domestic leveling promotor, 5.0 ; titanium dioxide, 2.5 ; ring-opened ethylenebis(stearamide) , 0.75 parts. The industrial processing test showed that the obtained PVC powder coating had the advantages of low dip molding temperature and short dip molding time.
