摘要
针对PVC-U管材生产应用中常出现的管材外观杂质、颜色色差、流动性差等质量问题,从PVC树脂加工企业角度给出了PVC树脂外观杂质、热稳定性、白度、底色、颗粒粒径等检测方法,实现了对PVC树脂质量的有效监控,满足了PVC-U管材生产企业的需求。
Aimed at quality problems, such as product appearance impurity, color difference, poor flowability, in production of unplasticized poly（ vinyl chloride） （ PVC - U） pipes, new inspection items for PVC resins, i.e. appearance impurity, thermal stability, whiteness, base color, particle size, and oth- ers were studied in the opinion of PVC processing enterprises. So the quality of PVC resins could be effectively evaluated and monitored, meeting the requirements of PVC -U pipe processing enterprises.
