摘要 通过优化QuECHERS样品前处理方法,建立一种快速测定大米中7种有机磷农药残留的气相色谱法。将10 g样品用10 m L水浸润后加入10 m L乙酸乙酯提取,5 g无水硫酸镁和2 g氯化钠盐析分层,N-丙基-乙二胺(PSA)和C18粉净化后直接用气相色谱仪分析。该方法中7种有机磷农药在0.008~0.200mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数0.99,加标回收率92.7%~98.2%,最低检出限0.003~0.006mg/kg。本方法简便快捷、准确可靠、灵敏度高、成本低,适用于大批量大米中有机磷农药残留量的测定。 A gas chromatography (GC) method was developed for fast determining the contents of 7 organic phosphorus pesticides in rice using optimized QuECHERS method and. After 10 g samples were wet by 10 mL water, the residues in the samples were extracted by 10 mL ethyl acetate, and 5 g anhydrous magnesium sulfate and 2 g sodium chloride were salted out. PSA and C18 were purified, and then analyzed directly by GC. The results indicated that the method displayed good linearity in the concentration of 7 organic phosphorus pesticides ranged from 0. 008 to 0. 200 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.99, the average recoveries ranged from 92.7 to 98.2% and the limit of detection ranged from 0. 003 to 0.006 mg/kg. This method is simple, fast, accurate, cost and suitable for determination of organic phosphorus pesticides in numbers of rice.
