摘要
随着多端柔性直流技术以及直流断路器技术趋向成熟,直流配电网受到越来越多国家的关注。柔性直流配电网内换流站的控制保护系统需要满足多端柔直变电站间协调控制、直流配电线路故障检测与保护、故障动作后的系统快速恢复运行等新要求。直流配电网及其工程化应用研究目前还较少,国内外均处于起步阶段,还存在大量的理论与技术问题有待解决。文章在传统交流配电网控制保护系统设计的基础上,提出柔性直流配电网换流站控制保护系统设计方案以及实现多换流站间协调控制策略和保护分区方案;通过站内直流线路保护,实现直流线路故障快速隔离及恢复。提出的柔性直流配电网控制保护系统整体技术方案,可为同类工程提供借鉴。
With the multi-terminal flexible DC technology and DC circuit breaker technology is becoming more mature. DC distribution network is getting more and more countries concerncd. The control and protection system of the converter station in the flexible DC distribution network needs to meet the new requirements such as the coordinated control of the multi-converter station, the fault protection of the DC link and the rapid recovery of the DC link fault. The DC distribution network and its enginecring application research are still less. Both at home and abroad are in the initial stage, there are still a lot of theoretical and technical issues to be resolved. Based on the design of traditional AC distribution control and protection system, this paper puts tbrward the design scheme of control and protection system of flexible DC distribution network converter station and the coordinated control strategy and protection scheme of multi-converter station. Through the station DC line protection, to achieve rapid fault isolation and recovery of DC lines. Proposed flexible DC distribution network control and protection system of the overall technical solt, tions, which can provide completed design method and ideas for the similar projects.
