镀锌用低碳含硼热轧钢带的工业化试制

摘要 针对镀锌用低碳含硼热轧钢带高表面质量、高板形控制精度、低硬度的要求,采用低碳、低硅、低硼的成分设计,严格控制N和S等有害化学成分含量,设计合理的热轧工艺,开发出SAE1006B热轧钢带,总结工业试制工艺,分析产品性能。 Aiming at the requirements of high surface quality, high shape control accuracy and low-hard- ness of low-carbon and boron-bearing hot-rolled steel for galvanizing, using low-carbon, low-silicon and low-boron composition design, con the reasonable hot roiling process, trolling strictly the contents of harmful chemicals such as N and S, designing SAE1006B hot-rolled strip was developed. And furthermore, the industrial trial process was summarized and the product properties were analyzed.
