柳钢铁矿粉的高温烧结基础特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 对柳钢在用的8种铁矿粉的同化性、液相流动性、粘结相自身强度、铁酸钙生成特性等高温烧结特性进行了研究。在此基础上,对铁矿粉高温烧结特性进行分析和讨论,根据互补原理,确立了根据高温烧结基础特性配矿的原则。 The high-temperature sintering characteristics, such as the assimilability, liquid phase fluidity, self-strength of binding phase and formation ability of calcium ferrite of 8 kinds of iron ore powders used in Li- uzhou Steel currently were studied. On this basis, the high-temperature sintering characteristics of iron ore pow- der were analyzed and discussed. According to the complementary principle, the principle of ore distribution according to the basic characteristics of high-temperature sintering was established.
