摘要
为总结以DPZ1型综合集成硬件控制器为核心的自动气象站数据通信系统检修方法,提高故障排查效率,文章在介绍该通信系统结构布局和各类故障现象的基础上,结合故障检修经验,分别针对该系统核心和外围设备、线路连接、软件和参数、环境因素等形成了具体的检修方法,提出了从故障现象入手进行针对性排查的实际检修工作原则,并从提升保障能力角度出发,提出设备备份和应急准备建议,为台站应对该型通信系统故障提供充足的技术参考。
The maintenance methods for data communication system of automatic weather station are summarized,taking the DPZ1 integrated hardware controller as the core and improving the efficiency of troubleshooting.Based on the structural layout and different fault forms of this communication system and combining troubleshooting experiences,this paper introduces specific maintenance methods respectively for the core and peripheral equipment,wiring,software and parameters as well as environmental factors.Starting with fault forms,the practical maintenance principles for targeted screening are put forward.And the equipment backup and emergency preparedness suggestions from the point of view of improving the capacity of guarantee are provided.All these provide adequate technical references for the station dealing with this type of communication faults.
