摘要
介绍Zn-Al合金钢丝应用范围和技术要求,详细说明生产工艺和控制要点,并结合生产分析表面光洁度、锌瘤等问题产生原因,提出相应措施。对不同直径钢丝进行力学性能检测和组织分析,结果表明,Zn-Al合金钢丝技术指标满足GB/T 20492—2006要求,Zn-Al合金钢丝比纯锌镀层钢丝耐腐蚀平均速率低0.017 150 20 g/(m2·h),满足客户对Zn-Al合金钢丝要求。
The application range and technical requirements of Zn - A1 alloy steel wire are introduced. The production process and control points are described in detail.
