摘要
采用EDS研究铍铜丝热处理氧化物和氧化膜的生长过程,并通过添加石墨粉的热处理方法,减少铍铜丝氧化机会,提高加热炉加热效率,缩短材料装炉到保温的时间,进而将铍铜丝的累计氧化烧损率由4.37%降低到1.83%,热处理后酸洗时铍铜丝损耗由6.9%降低到6.0%,由于热处理氧化较轻,酸洗后表面的麻点增多,但不会影响成品的表面光洁度。
