摘要
介绍弹簧钢丝生产用明火加热炉的特性:设计Dv值120 mm·m/min,采用天然气侧加热,最大处理钢丝直径14 mm,气氛控制按微氧化-不氧化-微还原气氛三段设计。通过对照工艺加热曲线对炉温设定并进行实测验证、气氛设定及检测、试生产,以及监测钢丝表面的氧化层及脱碳层。结果表明:钢丝表面氧化皮结构以氧化亚铁为主,无三氧化二铁,氧化皮结构合理,易酸洗,无挂铅现象,脱碳类型及深度均满足琴钢丝标准要求。
To introduce performance of open-fired furnace for spring steel wire production:designing Dv value reaches 120 mm - m/rain, adopting gas side burner, maximum treatment steel wire diameter 14 mm, atmosphere control according to slight oxidation, no oxidation, slight reduction three stage design. The furnace temperature is set acdording to process tem- perature curve and carrying out measured verification, atmosphere set and detection, trial production, and steel wire surface oxidation layer and deearburication layer is monitored. Results show that oxide scale structure is mainly ferrous oxide, no i- ron trioxide, oxide scale structure reasonable and easily to be pickled, no hanging lead phenomenon, decarbonization type and depth meet standard requirement of piano wire.
